請問各位大大噢~最近我在實施〝減肥〞~然後每天都會爬樓梯20趟(來回算一趟),還有做仰臥起坐30下,跟一些簡單的健康操,大概做一做30分鍾上下,請問這樣子每天做有效嗎??飲食方面嘛..我現在除了三餐之外都只喝白開水,只是偶爾嘴饞會吃一點甜點,但沒有常常,請問這樣子做在一個月內有辦法瘦��
