我163/69一月入伍前是79公斤後來透過飲食控制跟運動(快走)慢慢降到了69公斤但最近體重似乎停住了雖然拉長運動的時間或是更降低熱量攝取(一天大約都在1200~1400左右)體重還是在68、69間起伏不定我的運動模式大概如下:作一個半小時的快走+慢跑大概走六百跑四百總距離大約為十公里(因為持續快走會有��
