各位好小弟我今年國二14歲最近有衝動想要練腹肌別人說腹肌要靠仰臥起坐目前小弟我睡前做個100~150(每做50下休息兩分鐘繼續)請問一下這樣會太多嗎?因為我聽別人說太操也會影響到發育希望有大大能夠給我個好的建議另外也請教一下腹肌只有仰臥起坐可以練嗎?還是還有其他方法?再來就是關於臂力ˋ腕�
