目前我身高180體重86kg不知道各位大大可不可以幫我規畫一下一周的減肥餐因為我是大學生,所以都是外面買請問我該怎麼吃?學校附近我都只會吃雞肉飯(一個小正方形盒子大小)便當、燙青菜、冬粉湯之類的以外面容易買到為主謝謝我住的宿舍是單人套房,沒辦法煮東西平常我都有舉啞鈴跟練仰臥起坐的習�
