我國3身高169體重54我偶爾會拿啞鈴作手臂訓練(我拿的啞鈴8磅)1個禮拜大概30至40下可是家人說練肌肉會長不高不管是手腳或身體肉會僵硬很難拉長我問同學同學又說只要不會壓迫到脊椎就不會長不高讓我很猶豫
