我大三身高174體重大概都維持在63~65平常都會打籃球的習慣最近想練腹肌可是肚子有點肉肉的請問需要先減肚子在練嗎還是可以直接練然後我看起來不胖可是屁股很大很翹穿褲子起來側面覺得非常的醜有辦法瘦下來嗎最後有沒有哪裡賣啞鈴比較便宜店家網路都可我人都在台南and嘉義活動
