因為想要增加打籃球的彈性跟爆發力,最近在進行自我訓練,內容如下:連續跳繩5分鐘後休息3分鐘,再做仰臥起坐25下再休息2分鐘,這樣算一組,一個小時作4組,持續大約2周,現在肩膀後面的肌肉有點酸,腹部有點痛,雖然耐力應該有增加,但彈性跟爆發力覺得沒甚麼效果,是做得太少嗎?還是訓練內容有問題?請大大�
