本人吃不胖又會長痘痘想要練肌肉每天上課下課上班下班下班都會去運動星期一健身房(握推.擴胸.啞鈴.一些機器)都練上半身大概練1~2小時練完會去吃鐵板燒星期二淡大慢跑(持續1~2小時)跑完會買便當回家自己會煮豬肉片配便當吃星期三北投泡溫泉飯隨便吃星期四慢跑跑完一樣便當配豬肉星期五打電腦隨
