關於重量訓量及體脂肪的問題 - 重訓

各位專業的朋友們在下有個問題想請教一下我今年26歲身高170體重61.5目前體脂肪22%我進行重量訓練增加肌肉已經一個月又10天了重訓前體重約59公斤體脂肪也差不多20~22%我本身有在喝增重蛋白(4匙1000卡52克蛋白質,我一天分三次喝,一天約喝6匙,無論重訓日或休息日我都喝)我現在很納悶的是為什麼這一個月10
