不諱言我是個胖子,有積極的在做重訓但並沒有有氧動的習慣(頂多打打籃球),一年下來,長出一身"橫肉"尤其是腰部兩側和和大腿後側以及屁股超多贅肉。所以這一個月開始了每天20分鐘的有氧運動以及飲食的自我控制,正在努力中...但我老爸買了一台振動的瘦身機http://tw.f3.page.bid.yahoo.com/tw/auctio
