關於體脂肪和腹部脂肪 - 重訓

最近重訓三個月,雖然體型有變好腹肌也開始明顯但是腹部脂肪還是滿多的,尤其是副部兩側以為是體脂肪高,想問問看如何降低體脂肪可是去測的時候體脂肪只有9.9%(170cm61kg)想說該如何使腹部的脂肪減少
