我很希望我11.12點就能入睡但是每天沒有凌晨4點我是不會打哈欠的一睡又睡到下午1.2點連早餐店都吃不到如果想硬爬起來想說睡少一點晚上就可以好好睡(大約11點)眼睛根本張不開張開就好痛我也不想依賴安眠藥躺在床上避著眼睛也不行我會開始亂想例如我想到跟朋友一起出去玩我就會無意想到車禍斷手
