頸椎要如何運動可以放鬆?有僵直性脊椎炎,頸椎及腰椎均沾黏。平躺時頭部不著地,還差一個拳頭距離。附記:國泰醫院蔡醫師教導做雙手抱雙膝,快速向胸部運動,的確有效,每次都有關節響聲,感覺腰部脊椎都放鬆了。但頸椎沒有響聲,有何運動可使鬆弛?
