我目前是170/70因為沒有運動的習慣所以看起來有點小胖我現在想減肥順便練肌肉我是初學者我2天跑步一次(3000m)在星期246我有1個啞鈴,我只想再家每天花一些時間健身初學者胸肌跟腹肌還有2頭肌該怎嚜練呢?(我伏地挺身只能做20下)所以請交我如何循序漸進~然後練的時間要跟跑步重疊還是錯開呢?
