我今年18身高182體重62依正常人來說我可能算過輕但拳擊應該沒關係吧?我沒什麼肉但有肌肉不過我想是因為太瘦而出現的所以不算真正的肌肉也不夠結實再加上我的腹肌左右不平衡大小不一樣請問有什麼方法可以讓她左右平衡的嗎?我以前做仰臥起坐做到沒力還是硬做起來的時候都是往右側起來所以才變�
