大家好我是一名高一學生因為常打籃球有時候會異想天開要灌籃!因為一次的籃球賽激勵我使我自覺光用想的沒有用努力才是實際!所以我自訂了一些訓練但是不知道效果如何以下大約是我自訂的訓練內容:1.每天60下伏地挺身(標準)2.每天仰臥起坐50下+腳離地10度撐住(持續5秒;5秒休息)--2分鐘3.每天起立蹲�
