目前國一的男生身高160體重48體育很爛游泳跳箱我都超害怕ㄉ幸好以前國小體育老師人很好所以我自信心還好啦我現在每天都做60~100ㄉ仰臥起坐伏地挺身很難我沒做但我爸說這樣太早練不好我只想讓我體育變好所以想說從基礎練習但這樣仰臥起坐有成效嗎?我是要慢跑快走還跑步我沒有器材那些ㄉ我爸說�
