從以前到現在體適能都超差的幾乎評鑑都是請加強=_=唯一好過的只有仰臥起坐(金牌)(而且是因為以前聽說仰臥起坐可以減重才練才比較好的跟坐姿體前彎(銅牌)只有這兩項有得過講而已而且現在才國三升高一=_=想到高中還有就整個很悲劇而且每次跑800都超喘的肺活量很差(沒有抽菸然後成績當然都是請加�
