常常在讀書不順利時,會壓力很大,有時候肚子的地方會有一種東西壓著的感覺,或是腋下旁邊一點接胸部的骨頭(筋?)會有這種感覺.要如何解決?P.S.解決方法盡量是自己能做的,而且短暫的P.S.按摩哪些地方可以紓壓??
