高齡者可以舉啞鈴嗎 - 運動

各位先進:想請教您:家父已九十高齡~年輕時就一直舉啞鈴重約十公斤一個(單手舉)~他現在每天還是持續此運動習慣~(一邊手各舉十下)但是每做完都顯得很累~~可以請問這樣年齡適合此運動嗎?不知會不會傷害健康?感謝您賜教^^
