大家好我16歲整每天下午5點半60下伏地挺身+320下唖鈴(8磅)晚上9點60下伏地挺身+320下唖鈴(8磅)晚上9點半300下健身機上的坐姿推胸+40下舉腳(120磅)還有180下仰臥起坐機(也就是有弧度的腳夾起來身體會往下傾斜)禮拜6籃球比賽完過了2天身體不舒服我跑去看骨科醫生建議我不要練這個了但是本身我認識健身的��
