小弟目前17歲快18有在做一些簡單的重量訓練光是啞鈴就可以做很多動作了!我是拿6KG的啞鈴還有做伏地挺身、仰臥起坐請問會對身高等等有影響嗎?我目前176CM不會長不高吧?
