籃球的投籃姿勢 - 啞鈴

小弟我最近開始調整投籃姿勢,但我碰到一個問題,因為我同時想做伏地挺身與啞鈴這類的重量訓練,但身旁友人提醒我,如果我同時又做這兩種重量訓練可能會使我的姿勢又走樣,也就是在投籃姿勢時,上臂無法與地面成垂直,會向外彎的意思。我現在是否要先將我的姿勢定型?重量訓練先擺一邊?
