如題ˇˇ我打了3.4年的業餘棒球...當然也做了3.4年的體能訓練跟臂力訓練不過..我從一開始的微量訓練..到現在越作越多累當然是不會累不過我怕我做才差不多高2舊這樣每天做會影響身高發育嘛?不過我再次確認自己的訓練清單其實都還okeveryday:16磅啞鈴500下/晨跑操場10圈跑步有益健康我沒擔心啞鈴這樣�
