平常就會去跑步穿的是慢跑鞋跑的是柏油路有上坡有下坡目前45分終能跑完4k跑完膝蓋會痛膝蓋沒有受傷過請問跑步前暖身運動要做哪些項目?暖身大概要做多久?暖身可以解決膝蓋痛嗎?呼吸的頻率?平常大都跑3k,如果要跑到5k要怎麼做?感謝
