我阿一直想瘦每次看到體重心情也跟著沉重後來我問我男友他平常是那種一個禮拜跑健身房4次重量訓練的不用腳踏車或跑步機幾乎都是舉啞鈴.舉重.吊單槓.推舉....之類的所以他也滿身肌肉我問他怎麼減肥他給我一些該做的事我原本是想瘦手臂的結果練出肌肉來我在想可能他把他平常做的訓練都讓我做��
