我伏地挺身根本做不起來不知道是不是因為我太重了真的沒辦法完全壓下去我體重75公斤左右身高183公分左右我也很想練但勉強做個擠下手會一直抖一天大概要做幾下才可以讓力氣變大一點而不會過度?平時常以打籃球為運動但力氣總是太小又會受傷膝蓋到小腿的筋常常打完球發生疼痛(我承認我有時沒暖
