小弟過2天要當兵了~哀一個月前開始奮力跑步~體重有100~身高有178~雖然我看起來很壯~從以前有在伏地挺身~仰臥起坐~舉啞鈴~做苦工有時懶得運動關係可是還是胖加上高血壓150多==最高量到159(其實每天熬夜<--可能原因所以來分享一下我這壽命短的==當兵體檢是高中完就檢查一個月前每天跑1.5公里(是持續�
