20點!健身人士幫我鑑定這樣的練肌肉方式需要改進嗎? - 健身

如題我每兩天做一次伏地挺身每組20下總共做10組一天做4個十組每組伏地挺身之間休息30秒到1分鐘所以每次健身約為800下伏地挺身都在家裡做但是做了快半年肌肉好像沒有明顯的變壯飲食方面都是三餐正常健身完後都會喝一杯豆漿或牛奶但要如何變的更精壯?PS:喝太多茶類會影響健身嗎?
