我有很多問題有勞各位解答了~請問我大約173公分53公斤高2~我每天作伏地挺身15下2組休息1分鐘這樣能達到增強力量的效果嗎?我不是要練肌肉線條是力量如果要對打的話.**我應該練耐力還爆發力?要怎練**???1.我應該要練一天休息一天嗎?還是每天持續我目前是每天練6.日休息ˊ重量訓練我有做雅玲好像8磅各2
