我做伏地挺身也一段時間了我都做一天休一天有些胸肌了手臂線條也有出來但是做那麼久了我做到固定20下左右就很痠但是也做好久了為什麼會這樣?要怎麼把次數往上加??還有胸肌跟手臂肌肉該怎麼練紮實??感覺型都有出來了但是沒有很硬該怎麼練呢??我今年高二~~...Showmore
