我最近跑800公呎很爛不是說很理想記得試跑5分鐘多我想要快一點差不多4分半就好拜託我現在只能想到這辦法(我陷在小4)每天伏地挺身40下仰臥起坐30下交互蹲跳60下原地抬腿跑200下不知道這些有沒有用有問題盡量問絕對補充...Showmore
