最近開始練肌肉三個月主要為胸肌腹肌二頭肌為主胸肌以前就開始在練所以差不多有個形狀想再進一步該如何做?二頭肌倒是沒那麼極需不過沒有啞鈴的情況下該如何做(都是在家裡做有沒有不用用道具練的方法或加終極可找到得?)腹肌是我最煩惱的從三個月前就開始一天做一百下仰臥起坐第二個月做三百
