每天搖烏拉圈20分中搖完之後,休息一下然後作(伏力挺身10次+仰臥起坐20下)等於1合每天搖嗚啦圈20分中和5回合+左右手各20下啞鈴持續一ㄍ月會瘦嗎??我之前有試過一次每餐吃很少然後這樣做剛高中畢業之後是94公斤做完1ㄍ禮拜後瘦到87公斤接下來就很少受那ㄇ多ㄌ感覺遇到一種沒辦法再下來ㄉ感覺請問��
