手臂怎麼練都瘦不了 - 運動

我每天交替以下運動鍛練手臂放假時拉單槓,12*4+10*3=78下標準是下巴觸碰平日練啞鈴,6組,每組15下偶爾練伏地挺身,一般會練到100下,最多200下但是我的手臂還是有很多脂肪,肌肉組織感覺分量比脂肪差不了多少,怎麼辦?我希望能夠減贅肉的運動或飲食方法,希望有經驗的男女提供
