請教眾前輩..小弟重量訓練已經每天晚上持續做了一個月了..那份量是漸歇性的加重..例如伏地挺身:50循環:150-200-250-300...(其他不多說)主要是想請教..星期天要幫學長打一場重要的比賽...在星期六晚上的時候我應該不間斷的一樣做定期的重量訓練呢?還是應該讓肌肉休息一天..應付星期天的比賽?(既然�
