每天跑步30分以上(跑步機.跑的稍快.為了省時間)仰臥起坐睡前30下左右啞鈴2公斤單手做到手酸為止伏地挺身做到累..目前是靠著牆作這是我目前用的方法..不知道正不正確?我是想要練出爆發力和力氣和肌耐力...(不想要出現不好看的肌肉)學校關西沒辦法出去運動或者等等的...都是在家裡練....我家有跑步��
