也沒想什麼事情腰部一用力下面就常會起反應....是不是精力太旺盛了-.-?先發洩完再做也是沒變不發洩也是如此有時會自己軟下去可是跑步跑到一半或是仰臥起作坐完一站又硬起來....不知道有幾個人跟我有一樣的情形...害我都不敢穿四角褲練跑步摩擦到....會腿軟= =+伏地挺身怕壓斷....仰臥起坐則��
