如題,但我家附近沒有牆壁給我丟球,沒有同伴接我的球,有球棒但沒人能餵球.請教一下怎麼練.我有仰臥起坐,伏地挺身,轉腰,揮空棒,甩毛巾,蹲站,但不知道該做幾下.有其他方法也請告訴我,順便教怎練打擊的動態視力(我沒錢或時間去打擊場)
