請問伏地挺身大概要做幾下呢???另外...拉單槓方面呢???有沒有限時阿~~~還有到底要游泳嗎??因為這3方面我都很爛.....游泳根本不會!!!我目前還可以的只有跑步(3000m18分)跟仰臥起座巴(一直做70下不限時)還有其他什麼該注意的嗎??...Showmore
