請問有健身經驗ㄉ各位...腹肌做仰臥起坐天天做跟隔天做真ㄉ有差別嗎?因為有網友說隔天做才正確但是也是有人說天天做...我被搞糊塗了@Q@哪一個ㄉ效果比較好?(固定都會做150下仰臥起坐)練手臂ㄉ肌肉也是如上ㄉ問題我會舉啞鈴(50)+伏地挺身(60)最後+上健美輪(20)請問我這樣分配天數理想嗎?一天只做仰臥
