我20歲因為放暑假沒辦法天天在學校打球我現在在家每ㄍ禮拜135(因為聽說做重量每隔一天在做效果比較好)會做一次這樣的訓練如下:俯力挺身20下3輪仰臥起坐30下3輪墊腳尖單腳50下每腳3輪上下蹲半蹲但是快接近全蹲50下3輪以上在做都是能感覺到很酸在做之前我也都會拉一下筋因為太熱也不想出門所以想��
