(我是女生囧,本身算是有點圓的)因為我們體育老師要求一個月內練出手臂的二頭肌&三頭肌,還有腹肌、臀部跟小腿。(肌肉名稱打錯請不要在意)手臂跟小腿的部分因為我本身有練游泳,所以沒什麼問題。但腹肌真的沒什麼辦法。(我平常只有做仰臥起坐。)有什麼方法可以在一個月內練出以上�
