我第一次測這三項體能三千-15分10秒單槓1下,如拉不起可改伏地挺身.(滿把握,下巴過槓)仰臥41(1分鐘內)隔一個禮拜第二次測三千-14分49秒單槓2下仰臥42(1分鐘內)-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------我知道自己除了仰臥起坐還可以之外,其他兩項都不行.我想知道的是單槓除了常拉�
