上夜班該怎麼吃?? - 健身

小弟原本是早班..半年來一直遵循早餐吃好中餐吃飽晚餐吃少的原則..本身體重也已經減了11KG..但這個月要開始上夜班了..生活作息都顛倒..請問我如果還要繼續瘦下去..到底是該維持這原則~還是也跟著顛倒過來~變成不吃早餐(因為睡早上)改為吃晚餐(變成晚上要勞動的關係)???
