如果身體過敏不能喝牛奶有沒有甚麼別的可以喝我有再運動請問跳繩要跳幾分鐘才會比較有效跑步有用嗎?仰臥起坐和伏地挺身有沒有效請快一點我怕我沒有機會可以長了
