不好意思,我最近在好事多買了一罐WHEYPROTEINISOLATE的高蛋白乳清,聽說是分離乳清蛋白,我不懂??請問我是要三餐喝?還是可以一次把需要的集中在重訓完喝?還有,有做重訓後到底要補充多少公克的乳清蛋白?我自己有試過,做完重訓後喝我的體重x2(73x2=146公克),我是一次喝完,請各位大大給我
