1.這個問題困擾我很久了,就是做仰臥起坐,上仰時是要吸氣還是吐氣啊??到底要怎樣做氣才會順呢??因為我每次幾乎都會憋一點氣,但不是不能憋氣嗎??2.昨天做了仰臥起坐100多下和青蛙跳100下和伏地挺身100下,結果今天全身痠痛,肚子輕輕壓就有點酸痛,腳也累的不得了,請問今天還要繼續做嗎??還是說做一天休
