我20歲平常我的生活習慣是→8點之後就不吃任何東西睡前(12點睡)1個小時都會做仰臥起做50跟伏地挺身100下,但到了4.5點的時候都會自動醒來(不知道是不是餓醒的關係),這樣的生活健康嘛?請問有在練身體的高手們教教我,或是有其他的小妙招提供給小弟我練習練習謝謝+感激
