我最近在練腹肌.現在有一點點的形狀了.但我肚臍以下的肚子有點大.肚臍那塊肌肉也不明顯.我每次做仰臥起坐都是上面再酸下方比較沒感覺.我想是不是我有哪邊做錯了?我都是兩腳勾著床做仰臥起坐的.這樣做對嗎還有一天要做幾下才夠?
